The idea and concept for this hip restaurant was born in Amsterdam in 2015 during a barbecue evening in a relaxed atmosphere.
Do you know master brewer Hans Eder, pizza guru Guido Medeot and BBQ icon Kaspar Stuart? They founded the restaurant.
Here you can celebrate business gatherings, birthday parties and more. There's enough seating.
There's even a DJ on some days to get you into the right mood for drinks after dinner.

Mastermind “John” Johannes Roither launched the ripperl restaurant concept in Linz in 2017. Today it is a successful franchise.
“Jack” is the English short form of John. Hence the name. He brought his enthusiasm for ribs with him from his parents' business in the Mühlviertel.

The sixth and final stop: the historic Brandl bakery.
The Brandl bakery was founded in Liststraße in 1891. Therefore steeped in history.
Everyone in Linz knows them. The handsemmerl from Brandl. Do you know them too?
Brandl's main branch is in Bismarckstraße, by the way.
